$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
That was excellent! Thank you.
Hmmm... I was drinking it in the 1930's...
I was not fluent in German...
However, in MA the labels were in English...
So... No problem...
Some places on the internet mislabel it as a key fob, but it is clearly a bottle opener that dates from 1925. Which was of course before the Nazi’s adopted the symbol for the Nazi Party in 1935.
Thanks!
Very illuminating, thanks for posting. So, the oligarchs have always been a subversive group for decades upon decades to the nation in which they were born.
big deal.
Henry Ford build a car plant in, then Gorky, in 1929 for the Bolsheviks. GE build dams for them in the ‘20s too.
So who is demanding cash to make them feel better about what Coca Cola did or didn’t do 80 years ago?
It was probably delivered in Ford trucks.
That’s a Coca-Cola swastika bottle opener, 1925. Pre-Nazi days, when it was still a symbol of good fortune.
At the Will Rogers museum in Claremore, Oklahoma, there are old saddles and saddle blankets with swastikas on them. They have nothing to do with Nazism; it’s pretty much an ancient symbol.
Actually the swastika was used in both directions as the good luck symbol before the Nazi’s adopted the symbol in the clockwise format. Perhaps she used the counter-clockwise format to make the distinction that she wasn’t using the adopted Nazi symbol version? I didn’t see that or I would have used it. Good catch. 🙂
Either that or they will rewrite the history books and the Progs will be the only thing that saved us from a much, much worse fate.
... ain’t that the truth.
Frankly my dear I don’t give a damn
