Secret Service protection most likely means someone in Congress could track down these travel records.
The usual m.o. when Joe was VP would be Obama would send Joe to a crisis. Joe would show up with Hunter and a brother along for the trip. While Joe posed for cameras and with politicians, his bagmen would do the deal ("10% for the big guy").
FOIA apply to the Secret Service travel records?
Worst case scenario for both of them is a full Presidential pardon.
Assuming we take control of the House or Senate next year it will be interesting to see if Hunter is ever put under oath.
