With a president like Biden, what is needed for a vice president is someone who can read, has the will to do it, & also to insist that anything the president has to sign be written in a short, concise, understandable manner, and one item to each bill. This would save the whole country a lot of trouble. As it is, each bill seems to be written in such a way as to fool as many lawyers as possible.
