Last week, Joe Biden declared that he intends to nominate “the first Black woman ever nominated to the United States Supreme Court”.
Joe Biden had reportedly promised House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn during the 2020 campaign that he would nominate a Black woman to the Supreme Court.
So what does one make of this declaration?
It is a grave affront to any candidate for any position to be openly declared as a ‘diversity’ hire because it means that the primary criteria for her selection are genetics and not merit.
Besides being anachronistic, Biden’s public declaration is an insult to the nominee. History will always recognize her as one who secured the position because of her race and gender, which are an accident of nature and not because of her record which is a product of her work.
As Professor Dershowitz and others argue, Biden’s racial and sex test for office is unconstitutional. The 14th amendment of the US Constitution is states:
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

How many of you think we still live in a Constitutional Republic?
Most of the rino senotars sat on their hands when basement biden was installed and will do the same here.
All that will be publicized on this much much longer term debacle will be some choreographed pravda releases about “how sweet it is”
The US government itself can be racist and sexist in job hiring and law making.
Only males got drafted for Vietnam.
Then Clarence Thomas should resign.
They’re not going to vote against her if 13 supported his infrastructure bill. Don’t get your hopes up.
I wonder if the DNC can be sued for the racist nomination of Kamala Harris.

Yes they will because of mid-terms and it will be used as a hammer that Republicans didn’t vote for a female black SC Judge because they are racists. Of course, our party won’t bring up the fact of Biden’s and other Dems who refuse to approve the many black female nominee’s the GOP Senators nominated. Instead Dems come back that she was to conservative, etc. Dems always have the answer to fight back whereas, we stand there and allow it.
And it’s not like GOP will find a man to stay he was sexually harassed by the black female SC nominee like Dems did to Kavanaugh and Thomas.
