"An elderly Asian American man who fell victim to a brutal attack in broad daylight in San Francisco two years ago is launching a federal lawsuit against the city’s District Attorney’s Office for allegedly mishandling his case and mistreating him in the process.

Anh Lê, 69, was out for a walk in Chinatown on Nov. 2, 2019, when a father-and-son duo threatened to kill him and repeatedly struck him with a baseball bat. He managed to call 911 after running away as far as he could.

Lê said it all started after he politely asked the teenage son, who was riding a bicycle, to be careful since it was a crowded sidewalk and he nearly collided with him.

Shortly after, the teenager took out a baseball bat from his mother’s bag and hit Lê multiple times. His father, identified as Jimmy Tanner Sr., then raised a glass bottle and threatened to kill Lê. ..."

Headline says he is suing DA. Article says he is suing her department. I think he needs to add her personally as well as in her official capacity. Once he owns her stuff she will stop. Promise.

If you mean Chesa Boudin, he’s a guy. Chesa is also the son of a now imprisoned domestic terrorist. Why he was voted in with that background is beyond explanation. One answer is too many people don’t even bother to vote anymore, so dangerous misfits like Boudin and SF Mayor London Breed get elected.

In SF, being Kathy Boudin’s kid is a resume enhancer.

Power to da peeple right on and all that...

His in loco parentis folks are Weatherunderground terrorists themselves, William Ayres and Bernadine Dohrn. Still prime suspects of a SF police officer, O’Connor?, by bombing.

Chesa is just as dangerous. A good lawsuit could end his MARXIST, pro-criminal career.

What the hell is wrong with the people of San Francisco?

On my last trip to San Francisco, just before the Covid lockdowns, I was chatting with a recently retired couple in a bar. They had recently moved to SF from Chicago. When I asked them why they decided to retire to SF, they replied that they wanted to live out their last years in the most liberal city in the US. I trust that they're loving what's going on there now.

Have you ever been to San Fransicko? I used to love it there, but the people are clinically insane. Worst excuses for humans on the planet.

That's how human garbage makes it into public office. That's Nan Piglosi's district, after all.
