“Even if they decertified all the stolen elections, Biden will still be president.”
*****
An illegitimate president with no political power, facing imminent impeachment, in a constitutional crises like none ever experienced before, in which literally the freedom of people all over the world from tyranny is at stake.
So there’s that.
Is this the point at which I say something about a shower or eating popcorn?
in a constitutional crises like none ever experienced before,

How do you think we got here?
The Constitution says natural born citizen.
Obama is NOT one.
Ha! There’s that......
No impeachment. (Harris). We could just censure him for the rest of his term.
> “Even if they decertified all the stolen elections, Biden will still be president.”
Not accurate. We analyzed this last year right before the AZ Legislature approved a full forensic audit of Maricopa.
A very few states, between 2 and 3 max, depending on which decertify, moves the process to the House of Representatives to select the President under the 12th Amendment.
But it’s not 425 members in the House that vote, it’s one vote for each state delegation. This translates to one vote per state. Trump wins.
So there is a pathway to returning Trump via the 12th Amendment.
There is also State AGs suing the United States under Article II and Article IV where they would file directly in the US Supreme Court which has original jurisdiction. This is also a path to return Trump and it’s realistic once State AGs see momentum.
Momentum: The state decertifications provide momentum and courage to other states and also to State AGs to pursue a Supreme Court ruling.
American history is marked by a public hesitancy to stay out of internal wars. Power ringleaders especially global banks distract by backing foreign wars. The American People are largely pacifist. This is why in all American wars, there is a pattern of Americans fighting Americans first in deciding whether or not to engage in war at home or abroad.
History shows it takes about 2 to 3 years for the American public to get behind a conflict marked by internal dissent. So we are right on schedule.
My question is how the Constitution will handle a President that was restored after an illegal coup. If Trump is returned to the White House, does he serve until Jan 20, 2025? Or is his presidency extended somehow to account for the lost years stolen from him?
This latter question was asked last year by several notable constitutional scholars but I never saw a satisfactory answer because I suspect there is no clear answer as such a thing has never happened before that was made public.
Ha!
If all it does is put an end to the media’s endless repetition of “Donald Trump’s unfounded lies about a stolen election”, it will be a blessing.
