It would appear to exist. The problem is that only the "New Right" online media is reporting it, and the documentation itself isn't yet published online. They just have the video interview with the expert.

The entire article is based on documentation. Its easy enough to ferret out those who registered to vote in 1918

If this is provable, WI election results must be decertified.
You cannot have a half a million voters registered that are over 115 years old and claim to be a valid election.
What proof is available?
