It took him a few minutes but as you can see Joe Biden finally got around to answering a question about his cognitive decline at his press conference.

Someone edited that video as I watched it and never heard him give an answer other than let me give you a rhetorical question...... followed by um No.......
it looked like it glitched, or was altered to omit something.

After todays press conference, the next question should be to Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy. Do you think it is in the best interest of Americas National Security to continue to allow this man to serve as leader of the “free” world, negotiate a land mine with Russia, encouragement of the invasion of our southern border and oversee the control of a pandemic that has killed millions of Americans? Or should you act as the adversary against the opposing party in power, as our constitution was designed to function.
The entire event was, in effect, admission of his failing mental capacities.

Since he gave Russia the go ahead, does he want them to invade to help his presidency? Or are we upset he is colluding with Russia to screw Ukraine? And everything the Dems said Trump was doing?

Black eyes-—no not normal. His real eyes are blue.. Could be ‘heads up display” contacts? But am I the only one who’s noticed he seems to have given up his Aviators? That style of glasses typically isn’t prescription so I’m guessing his vision is failing-—needs all the light he can get. Even on the beach last week he skipped the aviators. Seems he’s given up the Top Gun look. There’s a reason they’re called “aviators”. Light weight frames w/large lenses just designed to cut glare but not correct vision.
I think they started yelling at him in his ear piece “STFU”

Perhaps, but I’d think to a guy in his mental state, that would just add to the confusion. Having to manage the live audience, teleprompter, printed notes, AND verbal instructions would probably be a real challenge.
Brandon is also getting some kind of treatments at the Delaware residence on all these “away” weekends.
