Life insurer refuses to cover vaccine death

An explosive case is currently being hotly debated on social media: In France, a rich, older entrepreneur from Paris is said to have died as a result of a Corona injection. Previously, he had taken out multi-million dollar life insurance policies for the benefit of his children and grandchildren, according to a media report.

Although vaccination is recognized as the cause of death by doctors and the insurance company, it has refused to pay out. The reason is because the side effects of the Corona jabs are known and published. They argue that the deceased took part in an experiment at his own risk. Covid-19 in itself is not classed as a “critical illness”.

The insurance company justified the refusal of payment to the family by stating that the use of experimental medication or treatments, including Corona injections, is expressly excluded from the insurance contract. The family’s subsequent lawsuit against the insurance company has been unsuccessful.

The court allegedly justified its ruling as follows: “The side effects of the experimental vaccine are published and the deceased could not claim to have known nothing about it when he voluntarily took the vaccine. There is no law or mandate in France that compelled him to be vaccinated. Hence his death is essentially suicide.”

Since suicide is not covered by the policy from the outset, the insurance refuses to budge.

Unfortunately, no sources or court records are given, which is why the authenticity of the report cannot currently be verified

You can't prevaricate when it comes to the actuarial tables.
If the worst case predictions are even half true, at some point the numbers will be too big to ignore.

I would not want to be in the shoes of those who have forced this, because those feet will be dangling from a rope.

The only problem I have with this report are the following:

1. The deceased is not named. We have no way of verifying this report.

2. And like #1 above, The Insurance Company is not named.

Those are BASIC INFORMATION that should have been included in the report.

This corona affair has stirred up more crap than a cat can cover up in 90 lives.

The truth and data have been buried in a manure pile of confusion and lies and it is all intentional.

Death by “Acts of War or Acts of Terrorism are not covered by most life policies. I think the Vax could be described as either one.

Have to side with the insurance company. Pays to look what they REALLY are injecting into you. It is experimental.

If insurance companies in the U.S. decide not to pay out benefits, that’s when all hell will break loose.

All Hell is long overdue.

Whoa, so life insurance policies everywhere could be considered worthless for anyone who's "vaccinated". If the insured dies without a reasonable pre-Vaxx sort of explanation, and if the life insurance company wants to go down that road, no payout.

An earlier poster mentioned that this sort of claim denial is extremely unlikely to happen in the US.

Have to side with the insurance company.

And I have to side with the gathering crowd in the town square, whose members will be carrying pitchforks and torches.

People were deceived and coerced into taking part in a terribly risky experiment by a sociopathic political elite which regards the rest of the population as nothing more than livestock. The minions of the elite include some of the cleverest practitioners of mass persuasion and propaganda the world has ever seen.

They have succeeded in driving millions of people into traps from which there is little chance of escape. All for the profit and amusement of the elites.

It turns out that you can fool most of the people, most of the time. But you cannot fool all of the people all of the time.

If insurance companies won't pay, let their executives be left dangling from a highway overpass - "pour encourager les autres".

The elites have abandoned even the pretense-of-law, and they will not find protection from the cold winds that blow across the land.

That's not what your post implied! It didn't say "I'm a health insurance salesman." It said "I do live on a farm but my fulltime career is in the health care world".

Huge difference!!! Selling insurance is a far cry away from being a healthcare worker.

Health insurance is healthcare via the administrative side.

I work with doctors and hospitals daily writing contracts, setting up plans, reviewing HIPAA rules and regulations

Healthcare is not just nursing.

BS!! Try spinning it any way you want, but selling insurance is NOT working in healthcare. I dare you to ask anyone on here who is a Doctor, Nurse, Physician's Assistant, etc if they consider you a "healthcare worker". Bet you that none will. You're just a common troll.
