Most Americans who vote democrat are dumb. (Is that a good enough correction for you?).

But, yes, most Americans (which includes democrats and independents and other political persuasions), are too dumb to realize that, they are republicans when it comes to the issues.

I think you’re being a bit dramatic. The point of the person who misused the word ‘majority’ (Chuck Callesto ) was that more people are identifying as Republican than Democrat according to Gallup. If you want to be picky, I misused the word ‘plurality’ because ‘independents’ are actually the plurality in these polls.

The significance is the 14 point swing in voter identification from Democrat to GOP. If true, it indicates disaffection with the Democrats and might signal large GOP gains in Congress, 2022.
