Under a new temporary guideline to combat the surge in COVID-19 patients, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) will allow health care workers to work if they are positive with COVID-19. The order will run until Feb. 1 and applies only to asymptomatic cases.
The new order was issued due to the high spread of the COVID-19 Omicron variant, which has caused staffing shortages in all sectors including nurses. The spread is beginning to fill capacity at most hospitals.
“Given those conditions, [we are] providing temporary flexibility to help hospitals and emergency services providers respond to an unprecedented surge and staffing shortages,” a spokesperson from the department of public health said in an emailed statement.
"Hospitals have to exhaust all other options before resorting to this temporary tool. Facilities and providers using this tool, should have asymptomatic COVID-19 positive workers interact only with COVID-19 positive patients, to the extent possible, and ensure the workers are always wearing N-95 respirators,” the CDPH said.

Apparently, schools too.
My neighbors two daughters both have been home with COVID and were told to return to work on Wednesday (both work in schools) - no COVID test necessary.
All they really care about if just jabbing as many people as possible. The virus situation seems incidental to that goal.
And rhats where the hesitancy comes in.
The same thing is happening all over the country. Huge numbers of people have been fired after refusing to get jabbed, so people who have tested positive who are not all that sick are being told to return to work. This is about control not safety. The authorities know that the prevalent variant, Omicron is about as dangerous as a typical cold.
If you have or don’t have Omnicrud symptoms in Californicator land.
You might want to stay out any California Hospital or ER!:
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) issued new guidance on COVID-19 isolation and testing for health care workers: Health care workers who are exposed to COVID-19 and are asymptomatic can now return to work immediately without quarantining and testing, and those who test positive and are asymptomatic may return to work immediately without isolation and without testing.
Both groups will be required to wear an N-95 mask and avoid other health care workers when possible.
If your masks came from India, you might be in danger!:
When Fauci misinforms the public that cloth masks work, he risks the health of anyone who believes a cloth mask will protect them when caring for a spouse or relative with COVID!
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has made a habit of amending its COVID-19 guidelines, most recently cutting the length of its recommended quarantine time for infected patients from 10 days to five. Those who are infected are now instructed to isolate for just five days, followed by five days of wearing a mask around other people.
Quick! Buy some more masks from India and stay 10’ apart!
Masks being made in India’s filth:!

So, from California to New York, hospitals are allowing vaccinated Covid-positive employees return to work while still denying uninfected but unvaccinated former employees from returning.
The illogical policy somehow makes sense to hospital administrators who care nothing about the spread of Covid and everything about embracing the universal vaccination agenda.
As Senator Rand Paul (a doctor) noted:
“So you can still work in a hospital if you have active COVID but doctors and nurses who don’t have COVID and are unvaccinated are fired. Am I the only one who perceives the absurdity of this scenario?”
RE: so people who have tested positive who are not all that sick are being told to return to work. This is about control not safety.
What about those who are NOT Vaccinated and NOT sick?

Health officials let COVID-infected staff stay on the job
It is all ways the best bet to staying alive is by staying out of hospitals.
Starting today hospitals became even more dangerous!:
Health officials let COVID-infected staff stay on the job
On the other side of insanity in our health care, if you test positive for any Covid, and you are a nurse or health care person.
You can still go to work at/in basically any American hospital.
However, you can’t go to your church, your favorite restaurant or to see a movie.
Again, You can still go to work at/in basically any hospital in America.
Health officials let COVID-infected staff stay on the job!
ADRIANA GOMEZ LICON and JENNIFER McDERMOTT
Health authorities around the U.S. are increasingly taking the extraordinary step of allowing nurses and other workers infected with the coronavirus to stay on the job if they have mild symptoms or none at all.
The move is a reaction to the severe hospital staffing shortages and crushing caseloads that the omicron variant is causing.
California health authorities say hospital staff members who test positive but are symptom-free can continue working.
Some hospitals in Rhode Island and Arizona likewise told employees they can stay on the job if they have no symptoms or just mild ones.

Ain’t government controlled health care grand?

Continuing proof, as if it were needed, that CoupFlu has NEVER been about public health.
“Apparently, schools too.
“My neighbors’ two daughters both have been home with COVID and were told to return to work on Wednesday (both work in schools) - no COVID test necessary.”
May be happening across Californicator land. We know this family, and their oldest daughter came close to dying from the real Covid Crud last year. She and her sister work at a local school, and her parents work at several schools.
The entire family recently had OmniCrud in December/January, and they were told to only work after the students went home.
Until tomorrow/Wednesday, they could only work, when students were not at school.
On Wednesday, the entire family goes back work while students are in classes.
They do not have to take any Covid tests to return to work.
They were told unless they had a fever and/or GI problems, they had to return to work, wear masks and avoid contact with students.
They are not being given their jobs back in most cases. However, on the fire department that I retired from they were a couple of weeks from a mass firing when the omicron situation caused more people than any time in the department's history to go off sick. Now the unvaccinated who are 99% not sick are being forced to work mandatory overtime until this “crisis” is over and then they are going to be fired.
The fixation is on the vaxx status, not healthcare it’s hysteria. The lunacy is now so extreme they’re allowing known infected workers to work just as long as they’’re vaxxed. Forcing a square peg in a round hole.
It took days for the state to reopen I-90 after a snowstorm last week because so many unvaxed snowplow operators had been fired and so many vaxxed had tested positive for Covid. That is one of the main reasons we had supermarkets with bare shelves.
“Continuing proof, as if it were needed, that CoupFlu has NEVER been about public health!”
I posted basically the same comment about 2 years ago after we were into our first lockdown for a couple of week.
The shutdown B$ was never about our family’s health or ours!
Nor has it ever been.
Does that include hiring back the staff fired because they were un-vaccinated?
It looks like you cannot work, if you are healthy, but do not get the vaccine, but you can work if you are sick!
Maybe novaxxers should get themselves infected to keep the job???
