Since 1960, federal civil rights law has required state and local election officials to “retain and preserve” records relating to elections involving federal officeholders for 22 months after ballots are cast.

That would seem to be a good thing as Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger embarks on an investigation into whether third-party liberal activists in 2020 illegally gathered and delivered absentee ballots for voters — a practice known as harvesting that is outlawed in the Peach State.

But some of Georgia’s largest counties tell Just the News that they no longer possess evidence that could be helpful to probing the harvesting allegations: video camera surveillance footage that monitored the drop boxes installed around Georgia to help voters cast ballots during the pandemic

Dekalb County, a Democratic stronghold just north and west of Atlanta, told the Just the News it believes it may still have retained video footage and it would be available via open records request.

Senate can go Republican tomorrow by outing the GA (D)Senators and Representatives that are there due to election fraud. Namely, the 2020 GA fed election results can no longer be proved as retention period for fed election materials is 22 months, and data from the election machines has been tampered with or is 'missing'. The access logs for a voting machine were partially deleted after the after the ‘audits’ of the election, It was no accident; prior entries of previous elections are still present, but the 2020 election entries were deleted. This puts the election into the ‘unlawful’ bucket for violating the materials retention law in order to audit and ‘prove’ an election. It is no longer possible to do so. In addition to the access logs, transit logs of ballots from collection mailboxes to the counting room are absent. Yet GA ‘certified’ its election, and the fraud is proven after the fact from the audit tracing ballot movement. And now GA admits it broke fed retention law by destroying video of drop boxes from the election after 30 days instead of 22 months.

Fraud vitiates everything. The GA stage is reset with the termination of the terms of the former GA Senators, requiring a federal election. It appeared they were elected, until the unlawful violation of election laws occurred. Now the GA Senators have no authority to vote on legislation as their election was based on fraud (unable to ‘prove’ election result).

This can be exposed with a quo warranto (’by what authority’) action filed in fed district court. If the court determines the GA election was UNLAWFUL and discovered after-the-fact, the GOP should call for the immediate ejection of the GA Senators until GA can pass an audited fed election.

And suddenly, there are 2 less (D) Senators for the rest of resident Biden’s turmoil.
