He has every right to not give it to police unless forced to, and to not talk to police. That said, if this were a famous conservative, Alec Baldwin would be one of the loudest voices calling the person a criminal and a murderer.

1) Called his lawyer before 911
2)Called his wife to get MORE lawyers
3)Called his Hollywierd contacts to get more lawyers
4)Called a media relations firm
5) finally.....then he called 911 when the lawyers returned the phone call and media relations team got spun up.
