That strategy has served us well. I don't stress about ANYTHING.

I moved from Los Angeles to southern NH in late 2015. All things good happened to me from that. My very tiny LA house sold for so much $ that I got a nice place in NH, and had a large net savings too. All my NH neighbors are traditional conservatives, NH has peaceful, Law-enforcement-supporting small folks that help each other in need, with lots of patriotic vets living here, too. Very safe, and affordable, lots of small businesses, small-government locals who hate Brandon and love 2A. It was like moving to heaven, after many years living in that nightmare - LA County.

I suggest anyone who is in a "blue hive" as Matt Bracken calls them should move immediately. It is worth doing, you will wonder why you waited so long - do it NOW.

Sounds like you did well, And I agree. We got out in 2000 to Az. Unfortunately I can’t sell the property we have in Ca because no one wants it. Too many Ca regulations to deal with... But we did good in Az too. :)

Truckers are refusing to enter CA. due to CA. regulations put on them, a lot of the mess happening now is because the ports are in CA. and the truckers are saying SCREW YOU not coming into your state!!
