Too many movies and shows, portray people throwing each other about, taking physical hits, taking gunshots, and continuing to fight.
You are *very* fortunate when a gunshot does not disable (to some extent or totally) a limb.
Cuts around the head and forearms, can be fatal as blood disables (to some extent or totally) your vision, your grip on things, that you need in order to defend yourself.
Endurance, resilience - your lungs and breathing capacity - are helped in training, by swimming and running. That may give you another 5 to 10 minutes of the energy you need in an actual, serious, physical fight.
The animals intending to do you harm, do tend to have an instinct that tells them, that you are fit for the fight. Some of the animals might *then* not proceed, while others are only slowed down and “think” that they can try something else, to get at you.
Whatever, you need to be prepared in your mind, to staunch the flow of blood. If only because, there are few people who can lose the quantities they imagine (the movies), before losing physical power.
Setting aside for now, “the drug problem” that has a modern day probability of being part of the animals’ context and content as they move in your direction.
The preceding is what I have learned thru study; I am not an expert nor combat vet.
Just saying the truth. You need to lay off the MCU movies. A 100lb middle age woman does not belong in a scenario where she might have to wrestle a 250lb coked up drug dealer. Sure bullets kill men too. But overall men handle direct combat situations better than women. And its a bad idea to push women into combat for wokeness.

The State’s Attorney somehow believes that Joe Biden and his Democrat masters would ever permit members, in good standing of their Democrat voter base to ever be charged with any crime, no less a federal murder crime. BRADLEY, Ill. (WLS) — Prosecutors said Monday they want to seek the death penalty for the two people accused of shooting and killing one Bradley police officer and critically injuring her partner.
About a dozen officers, both with Kankakee County Sheriff’s Office and Bradley Police Department, showed up to court alongside family Monday where a Kankakee County judge denied bail for Xandria Harris.
Harris is charged with three counts of first-degree murder for Bradley police Sgt. Marlene Rittmanic and one count of attempted murder of Officer Tyler Bailey.

The state’s attorney is not only seeking life in prison for both Darius Sullivan and Harris, who appeared in court through video, but is now also calling for the death penalty in what he called a “cold-blooded” killing.
