"Rex CEO Peter Rex, who moved his business from California to Texas, says the migration is not over yet."
The shocks of the last 2 years are 1) how many people are actually sheeple, and 2) how non-sheeple refuse to give up their freedom despite daily browbeating by the alt-far-left.
.
As a red-stater why should I welcome people from blue states that let the states they lived in go to hell? They crapped in their litter box maybe they ought to stay there and clean it up. As the Brits say “pissoff”.
Because you might be able to to talk them out of being stupid, by showing that red states live better because of the values of those that vote to keep their state red.
🐴💩
The people fleeing the Blue States to the Red States will soon turn the Red States Blue because they will bring with them the same policies they fled and will over time vote them into law. And the people living in the Red States are too busy laughing to figure this out. Until it is too late.
I am a blue stater who moved to Texas. A FReeper and I love this country.
If you look around Dallas, there are a lot of Libs.
More nose rings than 10 gallon hats.
They will just bring their ‘woke’ baggage with them!
Yep. The latest celebrity to flee to a Red State is Michelle Beadle. Having left ESPN she had no reason to be in a big blue state and moved back to her birthplace near Dallas. Now works for The Atletic website and is now dating a former college buddy.
The webste is The Athletic and she is also launching with them a podcast.
So Brainiac, you want to tell us California’s who have escaped just WHAT exactly the Hell we were supposed to do?
Dallas, Austin and Houston are blue.
“As a red-stater why should I welcome people from blue states that let the states they lived in go to hell? They crapped in their litter box maybe they ought to stay there and clean it up. As the Brits say “pissoff”.”
Why:
1. You have no choice as to whether people move to your state or not, so you might as well be gracious to at least the conservative newcomers in your midst.
2. Transplants are often very conservative and inclined to get in the faces of assistant democrats they find in their new homes.
3. They bring money and businesses which improve the economy.
4. They bring or have children which also improves the economy.
5. They’re often leaving deep blue areas that are unfixable regardless of what they do.
And have been for a while. One things that really upsets libs is that most of their migration only turns blue cities more blue. They can’t stand red states outside of liberal enclaves.

Get back. You are not welcome here.
To be honest...going back to the 1970s...Austin was already blue. By the late 1980s...both Dallas and Houston were turning blue. It’s not recent ‘history’.
Part of this game is urbanization. You get a Democratic-majority city council that promises a dozen things, and it gets people hyped up. The fact that none of these things have ever achieved much...never occurs to most people.
You can already see urbanization problems in Nashville, and some people (maybe 10-year residents) are fed-up and leaving for more rural regions of Tenn/Ala.
It depends. many of those refugees from Red are the most conservative people you would ever met!
True, on can only hope that some day Texas will ban internal immigration from wokestan.
