"Several liberal municipalities from San Francisco to New York have moved to allow non-citizens to cast ballots in local elections.

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., is leading a coalition of Republicans in Congress to sponsor legislation that would ban federal funding to states or localities that allow foreigners to vote in U.S. elections.

The new legislation, dubbed the Protecting Our Democracy by Preventing Foreign Citizens from Voting Act, was introduced after many liberal municipalities from San Francisco to New York have moved in 2021 to allow non-citizens to cast ballots in local elections

"It's ridiculous that states are allowing foreign citizens to vote," Rubio said. "However, if states and localities do let those who are not U.S. citizens to vote in elections, they shouldn't get U.S. citizen taxpayer money." ..."

The only reason for Democrats to allow non-Americans to vote in ANY election is to change America into Amerika for their communist Chinese overlords. Americans can’t vote in other countries elections. We also don’t ‘migrate’ there to use their resources. Enough!

Good move by Rubio; don’t want my tax dollars giving citizens rights away to foreigners.

Yeah OK. The USA is no democracy, or not meant to be. Set up as a republic.

Just for show.

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., is leading a coalition of Republicans in Congress to sponsor legislation that - will never go anywhere because repubs are the minority and joe would never sing. But hey, they sure look busy and will get some TV face time out of it.

This is not a good move. It’s a cynical play for votes. This has zero chance of seeing the light of day. Let’s see him do something other than promote amnesty while the republicans have power.

Great move and it ought to be the spearhead of many MORE great moves!

There needs to be a state-by-state move to dismantle all the BS Liberal shams that are being passed off as 'policy’.

It's past time for ‘Republican’ leaders to put their personal career objectives aside and to actually represent the will of their constituents

In the end, it ill NEVER hurt their ‘careers’

It will never go anywhere.
If the GOP-e really wanted this, they would have done it in 2002.

This wasn’t an issue in 2002. Perhaps should have seen this coming, though.

Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.

— Communist goal #15
What makes you think that anyone save a small minority in the GOP, after such a takeover as indicated in The Naked Communist 63 years ago (and well under way back then; the RINOs were known as the “New Republicans” in those days), would be interested in anything but the revolution?
