I had to listen to this clip of Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization since 2017, a few times to make sure I heard what I thought I heard.
After that, I could have sworn that he said, “some countries are using to give boosters to kill children,’ but to be certain, I uploaded the file into some transcribing software, and it came back as Tedros saying precisely that.
“With elderly groups, senior citizens, especially above 65 and above 60. So if it’s going to be used, it’s better to focus on those groups who have risk of severe diseases and death, rather than as we see some countries are using to give boosters to kill children, which is not right, then the equity issue comes here. Instead of boosting a child in high-income countries, it’s better to vaccinate the elderly in countries who have the elders who are who have not been vaccinated, even the primary vaccines. So the equity issue should also come into play.” – Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization

Perhaps they can limit their killing to only the parents who bring their children into first class on airplanes or at least waterboarding
Many more folks are finally waking up to the fact that the WHO, and the CDC, are clueless.
This whole virus charade has been completely mismanaged from the start. Only Big Pharma and Big Brother have reaped the rewards, at the expense of humanity.
A huge deal is being made of this, but it’s clearly nothing more than an infelicitous mispronunciation. Tedros is obviously not a native English speaker, and he speaks English with a very heavy accent. He said what sounded like “We see some countries are giving boosters to kill children, which is not right.” He clearly meant to say “We see some countries are giving boosters to children, which is not right.” (Because they should be given instead to the vulnerable and elderly.) In some languages, and sometimes in English, “ch” is pronounced as a “k” sound. “Children” becomes “kildren.” He caught himself after mispronouncing the first syllable, and it came out “kill . . . children.”
I'll be prepared. /s He ain't gettin' away. He only has one fate:
I have to agree.
Thanks for the sanity check.
Agreed.
This is nonsense reaching at straws.
PLAIN AS DAY! He better watch his back now. That video won’t last long.
It takes a global Marxist to point out the lies of the American Marxists.
PLAIN AS DAY! He better watch his back now. That video won’t last long.
He’s a Turd World CREEP.
I listened to it twice and that is exactly what he said, some countries give boosters to kill children. How horrible man has become, or probably always has been.
“...an infelicitous mispronunciation”!
Brilliant!
I’ve writing it down and will save it for the opportune moment

What Laboratories Should Know:
There are no authorized, cleared, or approved diagnostic tests to specifically detect SARS-CoV-2 variants (Omicron or other variants). Currently, COVID-19 tests are designed and authorized to check broadly for the SARS-CoV-2 virus, not for specific variants.
The Omicron variant has a deletion in the spike (S) gene (Δ69-70). Some molecular tests with multiple genetic targets include a target covering the portion of the S gene where the deletion occurs. The presence of this mutation can result in an S-gene target failure (SGTF, also referred to as an S-gene drop out). The S-gene target will fail (return as negative) while other targets are expected to remain positive in the presence of this virus. SGTF can signal the need for sequencing to characterize the variant in a specimen.
SGTF has been observed in other variants and thus is not specific to the Omicron variant.
That makes a lot of sense!
What he is saying overall is that the elderly, who really need the protection, in poor countries are not getting vaccinated while children, who really don’t need it, in rich nations are being vaccinated.
Kinda like putting comid patients in nursing homes while shutting down the schools.

If you read the full sentence that is the only thing that it could mean. Otherwise what could so-called “equity” have to do with it?
But some people are obsessed with spreading stupid nonsense - and their commitment to spreading false information will apparently never stop.
Back during the Ebola scare, my tagline was a quote straight off the CDC website, “We don’t know how people are infected with Ebola.” If that doesn’t scream clueless, I don’t know what does.
