American Association of School Personnel Administrators Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee Chair (whew!) Karen Rice-Harris recommends administrators ask applicants questions about their “commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, empathy, and students’ social-emotional needs.”

Obviously, teachers who are themselves "diverse" will not be expected to provide any explanations or examples of their "commitment" (i.e., that they are "down" with the Revolution and opposed to "The Man.")

As a teacher who is himself of mixed Norwegian, Danish, Polish, Hungarian, German, and Rumanian ancestry, I am, of course, assuming that I likewise would be exempt from any "star chamber"-like interrogation, right?

I mean: How could you get more diverse than that, right?

Permit me to explain how this works: NBA, with 82% of players non-white, and 74% black = Diverse. Any organization with a similar percentage of white members, even if that percentage perfectly matches their representation in the overall populace, = Non-diverse.

Note: Asians don’t count toward “diversity” because they are too smart and successful.
