Following Wednesday’s story in which The Ohio Star reported that Pfizer is currently still shipping it’s Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) COVID-19 vaccine, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) won’t say which version of the vaccine it is distributing.
ODH is responsible for acquiring and distributing at least some of the state’s supply of COVID-19 vaccines, though Alicia Shoults of the ODH’s Office of Public Affairs told The Star by phone Thursday afternoon that some healthcare providers procure the vaccine directly from the federal government.
The Star asked Shoults which version of the Pfizer vaccine ODH was procuring – Comirnaty or the non-FDA approved EUA vaccine.
Several hours later, she responded curtly by email.
“We decline to comment,” she said.
Wednesday, The Star also confirmed that OhioHealth, a large healthcare system that has 12 hospitals under its umbrella, is not distributing Pfizer’s FDA-approved brand name COVID-19 vaccine, called Comirnaty. It is still distributing the EUA version of the vaccine.

The FDA approved version is protected under the PREP act when the emergency powers were enacted by the executive branch and remain fully in effect.The govt knows how to CYA of big pharma as long as the PREP act is active liability protection is assured.

It’s only a non-story to ill-informed people and vax shills.
To people who are informed, it means that any and all mandates are a violation of the Nuremberg code. EUA drugs, by definition, are EXPERIMENTAL and you cannot legally be forced to take them. Crimes against humanity territory for those forcing them.

It won’t make one whit of legal difference if someone takes one label or the other. The only reason the lawyers in Nuremburg might care is to fleece the American taxpayers.
But you can always go into a vaccine clinic and ask to see the label, assuming you’re friendly and not wearing an actual tinfoil hat. I imagine it is still likely to be labeled as experimental. And you’re right— no one should be forced to take any drug, experimental or approved. If you are being forced, you should consult with your doctor and lawyer.

That’s the entire point of the article that you poo-pooed. They faked out the dullards into believing there is an FDA approved jab available, when there is not. That bait and switch was leveraged to proceed with the illegal mandates. My point about the Nuremberg code violations is that we are in crimes against humanity territory. You seem fine with that for some reason.
BTW, I personally checked Walgreens in a few dozen cities across the country, and they had zero Cormirnaty available. A co-worker called CVS and was told the same thing.
