All other country leaders must be thinking: Isn't it pathetic what's happening to the U.S.? That senile Sleepy Joe guy it insanely installed in the Oval Office can't even properly read a teleprompter speech. Then he randomly leans toward the audience or camera and begins weirdly whispering his teleprompter lines. WTF? Even worse, he tries to angrily shout some of his teleprompter speech lines, as though an orderly just took away his strained-food dinner.
The guy is terribly incompetent, has no idea what he's saying or doing, so he just mindlessly says and does what his handlers tell him. He was useless in his failed, five-decade "career" as a Senator. (My favorite anecdote was when "Senator" Biden tried to summarize what conservative Thomas Sowell stated at a Senate hearing - Sowell responded that Biden's summary was the opposite of what Sowell just said. LOL. Believe it or not, the senile plagiarizer Sleepy Joe is not too bright.) He also totally embarrassed himself twice (in 1988 & 2008) trying to run for the Democrat Presidential nomination. In 1988, he even had to drop out of the Democrat primary because of his plagiarism habit ........ and so, according to the Democrats (and their RINO pals), all of that fully qualifies him to be "Commander in Chief." Smh.

I’ve made mention of his dilated pupils before. He’s being given some kind of stimulant. Could be the reason he craps his pants a lot.
That’s not uncommon for elderly people and medications will make you go.
