There were two big announcements in the alternative technology space this week that solidified Gab’s place in the market as a multi-billion dollar business.
It’s being reported that the gang of grifters around former President Trump are looking to raise $1 billion dollars from a bunch of satanic hedge funds for a project that failed to even launch into beta testing as promised in November and was hacked within hours of being announced.
This is a project with currently no public product, no users, and no revenue that is now worth $4 billion dollars “just because.” Perhaps their business model will involve selling covid vaccines to kids or something, who knows.
The stock is currently trading on pure speculation. The vast majority of that trading is coming from President Trump’s main street supporters, the good and decent hardworking Americans who are buying the stock in anticipation of it going even higher if and when a service ever actually launches.
I truly hope and pray that the Wall Street short sellers and hedge funds don’t screw these good people over like they always do, but it appears that Trump Media itself is already doing so with this new billion dollar deal which is reportedly going to massively dilute existing investors. The SEC is now investigating.
"Trump Media is now looking to secure a so-called private investment in public equity (PIPE) that would value Digital World shares closer to their recent price, currently hovering around $40, the sources said. It is a departure from most PIPE deals, which are typically done at $10 per share, and would result in a much greater dilution of existing Digital World investors."

I trust nothing that gets wall street money.
As time wears on, I become more tired of the incessant messages and emails asking me to donate to Trump and those he has endorsed.
An alternative social media site would be nice, but since deleting my accounts at Facebook/Instagram/Twitter, life is better.
POTUS Trump should use his investors for a hostile takeover of Gab.
I stopped reading after the second paragraph.
Somebody ha sour grapes
what a dick
I just deleted my gab account
It’s a privately held company. Plus, even if it were a publicly traded company, why would you want that to happen? Free speech used to be a conservative value.
I drop in there sometimes but anything from this Andrew guy is real negative to anyone else.
Just close it.Let’s pick up with trumps site if it’s going to be any good.
Gab is flawed. Trump needs to make his own.
And this is the same guy that trashed Bongino.
Who needs this kind of drama from him.
A hostile takeover of a platform is a good way to replace leftist competition with conservative speech.
Simular to how the private, rightwing Drudge Report went left with a buy out.
Takeovers & buy outs are not just for the left.
So Gab is not for sale. Fine.
So why trash a SPAC for another social media platform-to-be? Nervous???
Silly. So is @a. This is not One Site To Rule Them All but more is better. FR is the original, ultra light, and always champion. Gab is Twitter style with followers and such. If Truth wants to do well, it’ll be complimentary rather than competitive.
Unfortunately someone has gotten traction around the idea of getting the alt media to fight itself.
Trump hasn’t even launched yet and already Torba is filling his diaper. Get a fork ready for Gab.
Why, so the real right would have no where left to congregate? Gab is the de facto only place in the Internet where freedom of speech is exactly that. Even freerepublic has certain topics that are completely off limits.
They don’t like it because it is too free speech.
MeWe has more freedom than “free republic”

The gang of grifters who forced out its founder and do the bidding of the DNC and its other media stooges? Oh, wait...
And to think that this is where Nune’s is heading. I am just not optimistic about it. I remember hearing that this new venture was going to have a video service to compete with you tube. Only you are gong to have to pay a subscription to use it. That would be an instant fail.
