ATLANTA (AP) — Underdog is an unusual role for Alabama.

Turns out, it suits the Crimson Tide just fine.

Now, Nick Saban’s team is in a much more familiar position: getting ready to play for another national title.

Bryce Young carved up the nation’s top-rated defense, throwing for three touchdowns and running for another as the fourth-ranked Crimson Tide rolled over No. 1 Georgia 41-24 in the Southeastern Conference championship game Saturday.

You are joking right?

Footballs and basketballs are made of leather= “chasing dead animal skins”.

The phrase is strictly for sports which I wrongly assumed was common knowledge.

I hunt as well.

If you were trying to be funny then it was a miss. If you hate the south it showed. Come to north Alabama and see a conservative high tech area prosper.

Men who sit on their asses constantly watching sports are useless and dumb.

“ Not sure I’d blame sports wholly”

Nor do I. It’s a factor added to the rest though I think.

So I take it that you are a Northern Alabama person. I and my North West Georgia high school friends would go swimming at Little River Canyon quite often. By about 1973 the entire senior class would go there to skip school while about a day from graduation. One year the assistant Principal and a bunch of adults were already there to bust the kids for playing ditching class. Oh yeah, there’s NASA in them there hills.

Some good points here.

I have said in past that most conservatives just want to be left alone. To have barbecues on weekends or go camping or hunting. Because we work so hard during the week to have the money to do those things.

Liberals on the other hand are usually underemployed or don't even have to work due to trust funds, inheritances, etc. So they have a lot more free time to engage in politicking, protesting, etc.

Agreed. Also, most conservatives generally happy with their lives, except for those annoying busybodies who tell them they need to be doing something "better" with their lives.

Liberals on the other hand are usually underemployed or don't even have to work due to trust funds, inheritances, etc. So they have a lot more free time to engage in politicking, protesting, etc.

Also, liberals seem to dislike their lives, and are upset when anyone is enjoying something that they don't like.

And then proceed to make everyone's lives worse with their controlling, busybody attitudes.

Dawg here, was ever full of hope. Thought that this was the year. When Bama scored their first TD after three plays, i went down to the barn and hung doors.

Just knew.

The SEC is the big dog in football. Bigger than the NCAA itself. It’s on the way to being a super conference, which will have the top teams from adjoining conferences join the SEC.

Texas and Oklahoma are looking at 4 loss seasons each year in the SEC. But they can count on a win over Vanderbilt.

Please make Michigan #1.

Please don't, that's a curse.........

Don't get me wrong, I live in Michigan and love both Michigan and State but I don't think Michigan has the offense needed to beat Georgia as evidenced by the points they have given up this year.

With that being said, every prediction I've made this year were wrong.............I had OSU over Michigan by 3 touchdowns....LOL!
