For a long time, I sympathized with Dr. Anthony Fauci. There he was, trying to deal with a pandemic caused by a virus no one knew much about. Sure, he was often wrong about pandemic-related matters, but so were plenty of others, on both sides of the political spectrum and in between, who opined on these subjects. Everyone was shooting in the dark.
But at some point — possibly because of all the attacks on him, some of which were over-the-top, possibly because of a personality flaw or maybe old age — Fauci decided to cast himself as Mr. Science. Criticize him, and you’re anti-science.
In fact, Fauci is a career bureaucrat, not a scientist in any strong sense. Indeed, a true scientist would never view himself as science’s representative and try to win arguments based on such a claim.
Here’s what Fauci said yesterday on Face The Nation:
So it’s easy to criticize, but they’re really criticizing science because I represent science. That’s dangerous. To me, that’s more dangerous than the slings and the arrows that get thrown at me. I’m not going to be around here forever, but science is going to be here forever. And if you damage science, you are doing something very detrimental to society long after I leave. And that’s what I worry about.

Fauci shouldn’t worry. Science will probably be fine once it gets a representative who is more scientific.
Cue seinfeld clip, with Elaine sarcastically to George re: the science of “shrinkage”:
“Tell us more, Mr. Science!”
Fauci basically funded the creation of the covid virus. For that alone, he should hang.
Puleeeeeze! In NO way has Fauci (faux Xi) acted scientific! He’s never told the truth once. Even as a lowly RN since 1970...even I can tell this guy is a LIAR! Get this guy off the stage! His 15 minutes of fame have been disastrous and I’m ashamed that more of my fellow health care colleagues are not calling for him to be jailed!
He is responsible for the death of millions world-wide who are forced by his directives to WHO to mandate this killer vaccine and mandate that no one bear any responsibility for the consequences. When he faces God he will bear the whole fury of God’s wrath for every death he was responsible for. He’d better quit defending his defenseless actions and get on his knees and repent!
I stand with the many in healthcare who are standing up against him, and are losing their long-standing jobs, tenure, positions of trust and voices of common sense by radicals who are will to destroy human life as we know it.
I’m disgusted by this man and his evil face, his demeanor, his willingness to stand against God’s order for human life, to attempt to destroy the God-given DNA and replace it with a strain that can mutate and cause us to become subjects of the state against our will. How dare he!
Rand Paul has more credibility in His pinky finger than this weasel has in his whole troll body.

True science is not corrupt.
Folks are starting to get it, but to go to the heart of the matter, the problem is that "science" isn't a thing. It's an approach to the practice of what used to be called natural philosophy, how to elicit true statements about nature. It's a cycle of observations, explanatory statements about the observations, generalizing those explanation and seeing if they hold up to more observations across a broader...
It's a continual debate over the validity and meaning of data. The "scientific method" is not a nice tidy prescription. It's a lot of arguing between people calling themselves "scientists" irrelevantly basing this upon various degrees and credentials in a resort to the oldest of all logical fallacies - the resort to authority - not the least among the many fallacies committed by Fauxi. But fallacies aren't a felony. Fraud is.
Here's the thing. Fauci is not stupid. He knows that Rand Paul is correct. He knows that his conduct probably killed millions. No Fauci and Peter Daszak, no gain of function research, and no COVID pandemic.
Not an easy thing to live with.
Yeah…. Pretty much couldn’t get past that statement….
I can see Fraudci, a lifelong career useless overpaid bureaucrat, when this BS all started, getting out his 1960s era college biology textbook to look up what a virus is and what it does.

Take some blood infected with all Covid variants and AIDS, smear it on his body, and throw him into shark infested waters. Sell tickets for same, then test the sharks to see which is more transmissible.
Fauci has been in his position since the Reagan administration. When GHW Bush was running for president he cited Fauci as his hero. Fauci has a budget of billions per year. And he’s been doing it 37 years.
He is among the deepest of the deep state.
The deep state Justice establishment and political establishment couldn’t stop Trump.
The deep state public health establishment succeeded and made it possible to steal the election with Covid panic.
Science progresses one funeral at a time. Hopefully, Fauci’s funeral will be soon.
