Gov. Kathy Hochul signed an executive order Friday to postpone elective hospital surgeries.

How would this B$tch define elective surgeries as noted below, as necessary or don’t do them?

Cardiac stents to be implanted? Cardiac pace makers to be implanted?

Cancer operations to remove cancers from patients’ brains, breasts, uteruses, prostrates or testicles or where ever?

Knee or hip replacements to replace knees or hips wearing out, due to arthritis and old age?

Replacement of shoulders damaged due to accidents or arthritis?

Carpal Tunnel surgery to enable one to work again?

Toe removal,foot surgery or hand surgery to enable a patient to walk, stand or work without pain

Would she and unknown doctors and non doctors form committees to decide what surgeries will be done or not done! If so, they are more dangerous to Americans than this probably harmless virus.
