Republicans Introduce ‘Congressional Review Act’ To Remove Biden’s Illegal Vaccine Mandate

A remarkable 195 House Republicans and all 50 Republican senators, have stood up to support a resolution that was introduced this week to undo President Joe Biden’s federal vaccine mandate, Representative Fred Keller (R-PA) said.

“We’re working to undo the illegal mandates for vaccines by Joe Biden. [It’s] clearly an overreach of authority to have OSHA, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, come to private employers and dictate to them whether or not their employees have to be vaccinated to have a job,” Keller said.

“In America, we have personal liberties and freedoms, and this is an overreach. And what we’re doing is we’re working to strike down that mandate and we know we’re on the right path,” he said, pointing to the stay that was placed on the mandate by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Please contact your Congress Critters to support this legislation. There has been a lot of grass roots activity regarding eliminating the mandate, and now maybe, maybe we can get some action starting from the top.

OSHA, the Mop & Cone Police, aren’t large enough to enforce all the businesses in tiny Casper WY, much less the United States. But, most of we dutiful lemmings will simply comply - and go out of business in doing so. Pathetic.

None of this would be happening is they’d have done their job last Jan 6th.

And people call prostitutes dirty?

+100

If they really cared they would be loudly demanding an end to the mandate and threatening retaliation against Democrats when they are in the majority.

This is just more useless, insincere political posturing to play the base. Its the only thing Republicans know how to do.

Republicans never do their job. They just whine a lot (when they’re not retreating).

They're not doing squat here either. The Republicans in Congress have only lately begun to perceive that there is some political danger associated with their constituents being opposed to the COVID mandates, and their supposed representatives in Congress being seen as being entirely indifferent to the situation. So we get this meaningless, craven gesture.

Republicans in Congress care not at all about those (i.e., the suckers) who vote for them. Oh, they care about Big Pharma money, alright, but not their constituents.

Is there anything more aggressive than a minority Republican?

It’s too bad the ‘Republicans’ in Congress only know how to REACT to Liberals’ lawlessness.

They don’t know how to get out ahead of the criminals and their crimes! Too stupid or too corrupt, I guess.

Always let it be said that Congressional Republicans will do “the absolute minimum” that the situation calls for.

I was thinking the same thing. This strikes me as an election year ploy.

Congress has always had the authority to review regs and step in if need be.

They can also tweek statutes if a supreme court ruling goes awry.

But they never do that because they are more interested in campaigns and graft. The proposed statute is intended to make them look good for campaign purposes.
