The lawsuit that was set to be filed at the Supreme Court by MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has been delayed.
The CEO said that more than one state attorney generals would cosign a lawsuit that he was bringing to the Supreme Court which was set to be filed, but as of Tuesday afternoon no filing had been made.
But when he appeared on “Real America’s Voice” on Tuesday he said that the details of the lawsuit would be made known during his Thanksgiving weekend marathon on his website.
“We’re flying around the last couple of days — it’s been very chaotic,” he said to Steve Bannon. “We do have a full copy of the complaint with any of the changes that they needed and we’re going to have a great update for you.”
“I’ve seen the complaint. It is epic,” he said.
The CEO said that the COVID pandemic had delayed things.
“I met many AGs,” he said to Bannon. “I was on the phone with four of them yesterday and some of them have so much going on right now that last Friday they gave them until today to fighting [sic] these mandates where kids had to take the vaccine.”
“You know a lot of things are happening out there that are very suspicious,” he said, “almost trying to slow these guys down. It is kind of like herding cats. You have different ones at different levels. I do have some — a couple — which I don’t want to announce right now that said straight-up we’re not going to do it.”
He said he found it “very disturbing” that some attorneys general have said no to his lawsuit for “no reason.” He said he believes that they “don’t want to help save our country.”
“What else would it be?” he said. “I don’t get it.”
Mike Lindell has been working tirelessly to expose the fraud of the 2020 election.
Color me shocked.
Mike, buddy, just keep making pillows, and let the lawyers and your HIRED spokesmen speak for you.
Otherwise you are going to go down looking like Orly Taitz: all talk, no results.
Me too. Not helpful. Deluded.. not surprised he’s running behind. His promised Reinstatement of Trump is also running 90 days behind.
Sorry there Mike but your PT Barnum act has worn real thin. You had more than 3 months to nail this down with the AG’s, and theres only 50 of them, and you didn’t. Trump showing no desire to force these AG’s hand, so to hell with it. Sell pillows.
Thank you Mike! You absolutely rock!
FReepers, not so much.
the filing (template) is up on FrankSpeech. i just read it, it looks good overall using the guarantee of a Republican form of gov’t line of reasoning, which is new to me. certainly makes sense, but it doesn’t mention the chinese cyber attacks as evidence from what i could see, just dominion, ES&S, etc. the voting machine’s hackability and the evidence for that, which implied the cyber attacks by various actors including the chinese. still, the evidence of mail-in voting fraud is center stage, not the cyber data. it’s still great evidence and damning, imo.
not exactly what i expected, but still it’s a great effort and a clear read. i hope and pray he get’s it filed and that some AG’s step up. and once again, thank God for Mike Lindell and all his efforts, and Mike, ignore all the turkeys. you’re doing God’s work.
Speaking of color, there must be something in the color of his shirts that gives the effect of magic mushrooms.
So the centerpiece of the last big super event conference, the chicom pcap data, has disappeared off the radar screen?
Someone has some explaining to do. AND IT’S NOT ME AND OTHERS, WHO CLAIMED THE PCAP STUFF WAS A JOKE.
Wasn’t a statement made that something like half the state AG’s had signed onto this? And now the real number is ZERO??!!
Bttt
Lindell is a con man who preys on suckers.
And there are a lot of suckers in this Country.
“Lindell is a con man who preys on suckers”
He has spent millions and millions of his OWN dollars to save our collective rear ends.
“Delayed.”
Lol.
Dittos. Mike’s a great guy. If he’s a little overly optimistic at times I can forgive that. He put his money where his mouth is, and continues to do so
And what does he have to show for it.
I wonder how many Republican state AGs promised to sign on to this effort by xx (date) but now that xx has been reached, can’t find the time to do so.
IMO, Mike is foolish to believe that any Republican office holder who wants to stay in the good graces of the party, will assist in any meaningful way to get “the steal” proven.
This niavete is/will cost him dearly in both reputation and wealth...sad.
