Just checking the math. Supposedly 3.6 million truck drivers today. Is 3.7% of that 250,000? Sorry left-handed with math deficiencies.
It’s more apparent every day. The country, vaxxed and unvaxxed, is finally saying “Enough’s Enough.”
No one wants to take vital medical advice anymore from an obviously-demented “President” and his completely-inept “Administration.”
This is a virus with a 99.7 percent-plus survival rate. There has never, ever been a reason for this BS, except to the Leftists, who want to use it to control us all.
Mark Twain was right. See tagline.
What is a civil society?
It would only take a few hundred trucks blocking the 495, 395, 295 and Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania avenues to completely shut Washington DC down and make their point.
Not that anyone should do that......
Biden and the democrats have shutdown 1 pipeline and are trying to do the same to 2 more. They created the trucker shortage in California that has backed up 100+ ships from off loading their cargo.
They are looking forward to this:
The Consequences Would Collapse Supply Chains and Civic Society
Actually, if you drill down into the numbers, relying upon age groups....the survival rate for age 1 to 59 is 99.99999 percent. If you use age 80 or above, the survival rate is 87 percent.
3.7% of 3.6 million=133,200.
“What is a civil society?”
One that throws every commie SOB out of this country by any means imaginable.
I'm guessing the author is alluding to the collapse of urban areas if trucking came to a standstill. Of course he's not going to say it outright, but if trucking collapses, the first that will go is the inner-city hellholes.
Those viral TikTok clips of blacks beating the crap out of each other right now will look like cute baby clips once the food, cigs, and liquor becomes unavailable.
I’m a manufacturer who is dependent on truckers making deliveries or my business would fail.(I’m a huge fan of truckers)
No materials means no products, no products means no customers, no customers means the business is “road kill.”
However, the truckers are making deliveries and customers are placing orders, but we are so far behind schedule its almost laughable.
Many companies that are dependent on China are having trouble with deliveries, the shipments aren’t coming through. They thought the globalist “gravy train” was infinite and will pay a price for their short sightedness.
These supply chain issues are only going to increase with government control freaks and our fear based pussy population, continuing their stupidity.
My prediction is the American population will be in a rage, if liberal autocrats don’t change their practices before the next elections.
Supply chain collapse. Just what the Biden puppet masters want.
Seriously, the anti-vaxers are trying to collapse our supply chain ?
We need to Approve Self Driving Autonomous Trucks like yesterday.
we can have a Boeing division certify the Electronic controls to AI interface with so we know everything is all good, especially since there will be no human redundancy.
The more common number is 4.6 million drivers. As the CEO of the American Trucking Association explains in the video, 3.7% of this number is 170,000 which added to the current deficit of 80,000 drivers would yield a 250,000 driver shortage.
Let’s go Brandon.
As the CEO of the ATA explains, even just a 3.7% (3 point 7 percent) reduction would take the current 80,000 driver shortage up to 250,000. This in turn would create a logistics bidding war that would escalate prices and feed inflation. That could both destroy this economy and create tremendous shortages. When will we all admit that these Biden administration policies aren’t stupid decisions made out of ignorance but rather that they are all deliberate treasonous acts of sabotage against our nation?
If it didn’t move somewhere from point A to point B on a big truck, then it didn’t get there. Death, taxes, and 18 wheels. They better learn it, love it, or die without it.
I’m an owner operator of a semi truck.
F_ck the vax, and f_ck anyone who says I need their experimental clot shot. Not happening.
I’ll park my equipment first.
“We need to Approve Self Driving Autonomous Trucks like yesterday.”
You could move massive amounts of freight west of the Rockies, with the concept you just mentioned. It would get trickier in high density regions though.
Most material distributors I deal with, hate trying to get orders out of California. I’d rather procure materials out of the Republic of Texas before dealing with Alta California. Which I’ve been doing for the last 11 months, regardless of price. Texans are a cool bunch.
Did you see the 60 Minutes segment last Sunday? I could not help but think how much cheap China kitsch is clogging the chain. Sink it. Make it here. Oh well. Times are changing, and Epstein . . . .
