OSHA's Suspension of Implementation and Enforcement of the Vaccine Mandate Means Nothing Unless Corporations Also Stop Enforcing It

I wonder of walmart, the country’s largest employer is mandating the jab?

Exactly. Sue a few companies into oblivion in a lawsuit-friendly jurisdiction and watch the rest of them backpedal. If company X mandates the clot shots and one or more of their employees are killed or disabled, the company’s mandate is the proximate cause of their injury. They would deserve oblivion.

Exactly. Without the OSHA mandate (and maybe even with it) businesses that force their employees to vaccinate to work are liable for any injury arising from that vaccination. Those businesses who are mandating the vaccine without OSHA are asking for legal problems.
