My brother married a stupid, mentally ill woman who seems, in hindsight, to be looking to end the marriage. She is a liberal maskhole/vaxsucker with no wisdom who has a father with money and connections to things like politicians and lawyers.
They have two kids, a boy and a girl. The girl has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and receives shots weekly. She does not like them, and puts up a fuss every friday when the shots are given. My nephew is perfectly healthy.
The school announced recently that tomorrow, after school, they will be holding "vaccinations". The wife is 100% for this, and knows my brother is 100% against this. She signed a waiver, and the school only needs one parent to proceed. They had an argument tonight, and she threw out the "I don't feel safe with you here" card, and he went over to Mom's to panic. He believes she is using this as a way to separate and take control of the kids. Her father would be more than happy to help her in any way possible.
What are his options? Does anyone have any ideas? I told him to at least go to the school tomorrow morning/early afternoon for a little "preemption" meeting.
Is there a form he could bring? A sort-of liability form he could foist upon the nurses or doctors administering the vaccinations? Any groups filing lawsuits in his state he can join? Preliminary injunctions? Any other ideas would be welcome, I have a couple more up my sleeve.
No, because I have no idea what you’re asking.
Are they her biological kids, or is she the step-mom?
And is it the mom or the daughter who kicks up a fuss every friday when getting the weekly shots?
I am not a lawyer, but it seems like the best bet would be for him to file for divorce and say he doesn’t trust her to care for their medical needs. And he needs to stay with the kids, if only to protect them from her!
Pick your battles is always good advice.
Show me proof of one healthy kid in your state that died from the vaccine.. and I’ll apologize for being “rude”.
The person is a real knucklehead.
They are both biological parents of these kids. The daughter kicks up the fuss, since she is getting the shot.
Lawyer up.
Take out a LIFE Insurance Policy for a couple Million on both Kids
That is intriguing. Could you explain?
Great idea.
Surely the school will not want to act on a signed permission or waiver if they know the parents are not in agreement and the Family Court has not yet awarded temporary legal custody to the signing parent.
That is, provided the school district is not run by psychopaths, which these days can’t be assumed.
You know damn well the shots are not “vaccines”. They are experimental gene therapies.
My due diligence has made me very skeptical of the long term safety and efficacy.
Only a fool would risk their children’s health when they already have a negligible risk from the ‘rona.
Zero healthy children, 17 and under, have died from covid.
Good luck to the child with RA. This shot can really kick an autoimmune disease into high gear, My RA has been crippling since I received a vaxx.
Really? With one child already immune compromised, and new reports daily of normal young men developing myocarditis post injections, why would you even pose a response like that? Why should he take a chance of giving them problems? The injections are NOT vaccines, they are NOT harmless, and they are forever. You can’t be Un-Jabbed.
The guy has every reason to be a good dad. Not everyone unjabbed is an idiot. Most jabbed people are.
“fauci ouchies” ...
1st time I’ve heard that..... But a good one it is.
Don’t be surprised if insurance companies refuse to pay out on deaths from experimental treatments.
You either understand history, or you trust the government. You can’t do both.

Galactically bad advice, Cap’n.
But of course you knew that.
Divorce attorney stat.
Don’t do anything except what they tell you to do.
If there is no time that is awful but there is nothing you can do about that.
But—you must do _exactly_ what the divorce attorney says.
This is why FReepers need to keep an eye on their womenfolk—wives, daughters, sisters, moms.
