Using historical English, one can’t get more Hispanic than being a native of Spain.

What about the term, Latino? Who is more Latin than the Italians. where Latin originated. Then the French, Portuguese, and Romanians are also Latino, since they speak Latin derived languages. Then since Italic, the ancestor of Latin, was closely related to Celtic, why aren't the Scots, Welsh, Irish, and Bretons considered Latino adjacent, just as Northeast Asians are called white adjacent.

This racial nonsense is not absurd, but is an old Communist technique.
