Illegal raid over illegally stolen diary, resulting in stolen Project Veritas phones and materials which are illegally given to media propagandists and illegally published over Project Veritas supposedly illegally obtaining stolen diary.
No... they were not.
They were all about the fact that O’keefe dared to give whistleblowers against the “vaccine” a venue from which to warn the public.
Perhaps the reason behind this raid is that Project Veritas is suing the NYT in state court. link to Complaint
Now the FBI raids Project Veritas and gives attorney-client privileged communications, which very likely include communications about the pending lawsuit, to the New York Times.
If I were the judge in the state court case, I would be asking the NYT some hard questions.
The FBI is and has been a corrupt organization since the Days of J. Edgar Hoover.
What I would like to see published and focused on is first naming the judge that issued the warrant to raid the PV journalists. Second the documentation included the names of those bringing forth evidence that supported the warrant and raid.
Just like the real criminal activity in the Steele Report or Russia Gate was in the false information used to get the warrants to spy upon the Trump campaign and to set up certain members of the campaign so they could be turned into FBI agents, the real focus should be on the justification of the warrants and how they were granted and by whom.
Judges need to be put in the hot seat so that they are more reluctant to issue warrants on flimsy and likely false information. Those seeking politically motivated warrants need to understand that it is a career ending mistake.

I think the priority though is to get him OFF of the anti-vax wagon. That was my point.
They have succeeded... he is effectively distracted and now working for them by keeping the story where they want it.
However, I don’t think they give a flip about NYT losing a lawsuit. Media outlets can literally get away with murder, and people still tune in. I would say the DS would be willing to pay NYT 5 times whatever O’Keefe is seeking in damages to do things far worse, just to keep O’Keefe’s attention AWAY from their “safe and effective” vaccines.

A special counsel with a license to go hunting. Someone who is credible but not beholden to the DOJ or FBI.
You think the DS is the prime mover in this? I had thought the NYT might be the instigator. The personal and the institutional can be intricated in strange ways. A comrade calls a comrade to get the thing moving?

As soon as I saw that first whistleblower video on the vaccines, I knew he had crossed the line with DS.
I think the diary was a plant... a set up for O’Keefe.
When he didn’t bite, they had no choice but to follow through.
The raid was needed to send a message to Okeefe, and the NYT part in this was and is a distraction.
Remember it was the FBI that illegally leaked their raid booty with NYT.
Everyone here talking about what NYT did, nobody talking about the leak.
They actually did not report on it at all because they couldn't authenticate it and turned it over to law enforcement. Not sure which agency, but I go the impression from O'Keefe's interview on Hannity that it was local law enforcement.
