this person went to the home of the judge in the Porter case to demand that cameras be allowed during that trial. According to this, this group has people taking pictures of the jurors in the KR trial.

What's the point in taking photos of a jury if not to 'out' them and intimidate them?

Cameras are allowed. The entire trial is being live streamed every day.

Could also be just propaganda to scare the jury into the “right” result.

But they are NOT allowed to point the cameras at the jury.

If AntiFa is doing this they wouldn’t be doing it with the TV cameras anyway - it’d be cellphone cameras while the jurors are out at lunch or going home.

Federal trial, very bad idea. Federal judges are known for being incredibly short tempered to jury tampering.

18 U.S. Code § 1503 - Influencing or injuring officer or juror generally

Minimum penalty of 10 years.

It’s a State trial.

Cool. That's grounds for appeal, should the jury wuss out and rule in favor of the lawless leftist cabal.

It's a nice effort to intimidate jurors, but if the trial continues along the first 4 days of the prosecution case - I wouldn't be surprised if the defense moves for a directed verdict at the conclusion of the state's case. Again, based on the trial so far, this is going to be acquittal. The only question is - will activists be organized well enough to spin up a riot at that point, and will law enforcement be ready to get Rittenhouse safely out of the courthouse/state?

“I wouldn’t be surprised if the defense moves for a directed verdict at the conclusion of the state’s case.”

That’s the way I’m betting. And I believe the Judge will grant it.

That’s what I wish judge Ito would have done at the end of the OJ trial.

Directed verdict of guilty and arrest the entire jury for contempt of court.

The federal trial comes after the state trial returns innocence.

Given the violence facing that community... even with the evidence overwhelming showing Kyle acted in self-defense I expect the judge to let the jury decide.

White people are the two victims. So blacks won’t care. But Antifa will be out there to riot some more. Cops will take down white Antifa dudes. It’s the blacks that have the freedom to riot with impunity now.

Guess this is how the family is spending the money they got from the death of St. George …

John Curtis
@Johnmcurtis

George Floyd’s nephew, Cortez Rice, makes a claim that he knows people taking photos of jurors during the Kyle Rittenhouse trial in Kenosha, Wisconsin. His goal is to dox jurors if they do not convict.

Mistrial should be the ruling immediately. This information just destroyed the jury from giving an impartial choice.

Jurors are usually directed NOT to read newspapers, or follow the trial on TV.

Yeah, that’ll work...
