The Dems needs this Pork Barrel as a stopgap measure to prevent the total collapse of the economy. It appears they still need a miracle for a collapse late in 2022 when the money will run out and it will run out no matter what happens. Questionable whether there will be an election in 2022 as martial law may prevail.
