1) Cook bacon the regular way in the fry pan, paying attention to take it out before it gets too crisp

2) Cook eggs in the bacon fat, set aside

3) Take baked potato from last night, slice, and fry in bacon fat. It will soak up the fat.

This.
Wet bacon keeps the fat from escaping, so it’s just undercooked or boiled.

If you watch while cooking, cast iron pan set on medium heat, bacon is done right.
Most people don’t pay attention when cooking. It’s not cupcakes, there, pilgrim.

I use leftover bacon fat for homefries and Brussel sprouts.

Fry up several slices of bacon to NOT crispy, Remove from pan and set aside Cut the Brussel sprouts in half, and saute in bacon fat for about 10 mins. Add some diced up onion and finish frying.

Add the bacon back in and warm up again. Mr. mm’s opinion was “If I had Brussel sprouts like this when I was a kid, I would have liked them.”
