Brandon is using OSHA to enforce this unconstitutional mandate forcing companies to sue the totalitarians. Eventually it will get to the Supreme Court but, unfortunately, the companies will be bankrupt by then.

well, the fascist left established this kind of Federal nullification when they got away with forbidding enforcement of Federal immigration law, so looks like the Feds will have to hire a bazillion more OSHA goons if enough states do the same thing ...

This is from Nov. 4 and the first time I'm seeing it! This is my governor. Obviously I've been way too far into the Rittenhouse trial!

Gov. McMaster said he would "fight to the gates of hell", and then nothing. So it's good he finally got his plan together. I love South Carolina!
