How does this stop OSHA ? It seems it would take a different kind of action to stop them.
How is OSHA going to see if, much less make large businesses comply if the businesses don’t comply and LEO’s, various state gov’t agencies, etc, don’t comply either, don’t help OSHA, and also tell OSHA to pound sand?
How is OSHA going to enforce this? They can’t!
