I’m guessing for the prosecutors, Kyle’s crime was not allowing himself to be shot dead.

when are Kyle’s attorneys going to ask the judge to dismiss charges? this is a travesty
To: Enterprise
OK, CFP... now let’s rewrite the headline without the “victims” crap.

He was ambushed. He was chased. He was shot at.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. That “self-defense” angle may have backing ...

I’m wondering if, at some point, the defense will call for a dismissal of charges.

The title is incorrect, they were not Kyle’s “victims“ they were perpetrators.

Request immediate dismissal. With prejudice.

The convicted chomo and the other rioter thugs aren’t “victims”. They’re assailants.

So, Kyle Rittenhouse was a victim of assault.
Just like Democrats: blame the victim.

I am suspecting that the police detectives’ honesty is bolstered by the evil vaccine mandates impacting everyone and the leftist Democrats attempt to demonize and defund police departments. The politician’s can make police do many things but if they piss them off it is difficult to threaten them lie in court under oath.

The defense should call in witnesses from the prosecutor’s office and rhetorically hang them on their lies and illegal political prosecutions.

The FBI almost certainly knows the ID of this shooter, but has never revealed it, and Kenosha police describe him as ‘unknown’
Mystery Grove Publishing Co.@MysteryGrove
Prosecutors and police detectives in the Kyle Rittenhouse case claiming there’s “no indication” the three shots fired at Rittenhouse on video by a member of the mob pursuing him immediately after Rittenhouse shot Rosenbaum are related to that confrontation lol
It looks like prosecutors and FBI decided to let the Antifa shooter not be charged, so as to support their case against Kyle.
If I were the judge, I’d be really pissed at this point.
