I hate to admit that I would not be surprised if what the article claims is true, but then I think the vast majority of elected officials and bureaucrats in D.C. consider themselves to be America's "ruling class" above the common rabble that they oversee (h/t Codevilla's "AMERICA’S RULING CLASS — AND THE PERILS OF REVOLUTION", The American Spectator).

With that said, the actual claim that against Senator Graham is made in a paywalled Washington Post article, which is linked to in GP's article. GP's summary uses anonymous sources as confirmation, which almost certainly originate from the cited WP article.

So in this particular case I am calling shenanigans on this particular charge against Graham. We all know the Washington Post is just a poorly camouflaged organ of the Democrat Party, so the Gateway Pundit, should have known better than to help do the Left's dirty work.
