Federal Contractor - Jab Exemptions - Share Stories Please
SELF ^ | Oct 17 2021 | SELF

I had no idea my organization is considered a federal contractor but apparently it is.

Anyways, we have not be given any procedure to submit our religious or medical exemptions as of now.

Time is ticking.

Can any federal contractors share their stories? No need to say where you work. Thanks!

I would suggest going to “human resources” and asking for a religious exemption request form.

This is the University of California form:

That’s only for information purposes and is not to my taste.

No need to wait (if you are feeling aggressive): Go to your parish priest (or other clergyman) and get him to write you a letter stating "Mr. uzumaki_naruto is hereby exempted for religious reasons." (I'm assuming that you can find a "sympathetic" / "cooperative" clergyman.)

Submit that letter to HR.

Say and do nothing more. If you are "called out" or otherwise challenged to "justify" or "explain" the letter, simply state, "The letter is explanation enough."

Case closed!

Regards,

Please do not comply at this point in time. Liberty Council has filed a Temporary Restraining Order to delay this mandate. They have also filed a suit challenging the EO. The case is being heard in Florida by the same Judge who ruled against the Cruise lines industries requiring a vaccine passport.

For what it's worth, there is no Official Guidance of Religious Exceptions for Federal DoD workers. You can find the actual court filings on LC's website.

Good to hear.

I am in PRC (People’s Republic of Colorado)!

We all work at home mostly. I don’t know anyone who is not jabbed. If I fight, I am on my own. Someone was nice enough to send me some legal resources though.

My parish priest passed away. I know there are ones online who are willing to do it. It looks less official though, not someone who’s known me for decades.

Share my links with everyone you know, the MSM will not cover stories like this and many people think they have no recourse.

"Dear Pastor xyz, whom I just stumbled across on the Internet:

"I recall having once texted you about 21 years ago on a minor point of canonical law (concerning "bodily integrity). I'm sure that you still remember me. Thanks again!

"By the way, would you please write me a letter, stating that you have known me for decades, and that I am entitled to a religious exemption?

"I have just transferred $5 to your PayPal account.

"Yours in Christ,

Related - My daughter was doing work for Washington State DOT thru her company. Then she got notice if she wasn’t jabbed, her contract would be suspended. She’s already had COVID, so that was a non-starter.

So now another company has picked up the contract, and has subbed the work out to her as a temp - so she still has the work …

I would suggest doing a bit of research on this before you get a religious figure involved.

From everything I've read, a religious exemption is based entirely on personal "sincere religious beliefs" and does not require any input from a priest, pastor, rabbi, etc.

Dear Employer:

Article VI of the Constitution of the United States states that “no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or trust under the United States.”

All the Covid vaccines federally approved for use in the US have a fetal cell connection.

By mandating Covid vaccination, President Joe Biden is attempting to impose a partisan & unconstitutional religious test upon the predominately Protestant Republican faithful.

While not very religious personally, I have accepted the religious principle of “Thou shall not murder” without reservation into my life. I do not knowingly wish my body to be contaminated for the rest of my days with the biological fruits of baby murder.

There are some people who believe that Joe Biden’s advisors are trying to break the religious faithful by forcing them to sell their soul for the modern equivalent of thirty pieces of silver. This attempt to break the religious observance of million of people is a great evil and I would hope our company stands firm on the side of the faithful to God and his Commandments.

Yours Truly

A friend who is a federal contractor was advised by his supervisor to request a medical exception to the mandate as the vaccine poses a risk to his health. HIPAA law prevents disclosure of medical data without the patient’s consent, in writing, so he can elect not to reveal the condition without penalty. Seems this strategy may work.

I believe you are correct and when done as you suggest, one should not blink or falter to the very end, whatever that may be. I believe one should not threaten, defend or say a word but to repeat, “The letter is enough.” Stay strong and resolute and never quit. Make them fire you and state the cause in writing if possible.

It would be nice if such a letter were the means for “case closed” but a “sincerity” test of some sort is being applied. I have no idea how they are measuring “sincerity” of religious belief.

This is like the Spanish Inquisition. It defies belief that it is happening again.

The First Amendment does not have any provision for religious practice and freedom based on “sincerity tests”.

Refuse, Resist, Solidarity.

Bookmarking. I’ve been given until Oct.27 to file my request for religious exemption. If accepted, then it will be with some compromise (testing, work from home...?). Else I’m out of work as of Dec. 8.

I already know you know everything but others may not so this is for them.

One of the main points of the Liberty Counsel restraining order and law suit is that applicants have been told their “Sincere religious beliefs” are not genuine or properly held or something like that. I personally and closely know one person who was subjected to what amounts to being a purity examination by a military chaplain and his request for exemption was denied on that basis. Not “sincere” enough. With that stamp they are not offering any recourse. The request for exemption stops. Some of the plaintiffs in the LC case, if you read it, have been stopped dead by their first in the chain of command simply deeming their claim to be “insincere”.

This is a Spanish Inquisition.

NHSN (Long-term care facility residents) early July ~55%
HEROS/RECOVER (Healthcare providers, first responders and frontline workers) July ~66%
