thats a cop out... the fault lies with those who entered the building. Rallying and protesting cant hurt you. being a sheep and following the flock into a government building can...

Walmart and other chains near me that required masks for a short time was an interesting thing to see. Every time I went to a chain store, an employee or three was standing right outside the entrance, mask pulled down, maybe smoking a cig, talking to a local person they knew. Just having a maskless chat right at the entrance. It was peaceful noncompliance and employees were taking part in it.
It worked. A couple of months later, Walmart took down the mask required signs and peeled the arrows off the floors that I and others ignored anyway.
