ANNA DUGGAR LLC's | Why do the Duggar's have so many LLC'S?
Anna Duggar has alot of LLC's and I am curious to what they all are. Why so many? does she sell something? Anna has ALOT of kids to support so financially she Must be doing ok. I do not claim and never have claimed to know every single thing about this family (if I did, that would be stalkerish). I'm sure u know more than I do about the LLC'S so please comment or email me.

I can’t answer specifically, but I knew a guy who owned a number of properties. Single family homes and some small apartment buildings. Each of them was held in their own LLC. It was a way to protect one assets from the others. In other words, if he had to give one to the bank at a loss, the bank couldn’t get hold of the other properties because each LLC was a separate legal entity. I suppose it could be done if the accounting was sloppy... but he was an accountant.

People are suspecting all these LLCs in Anna’s name are the Duggars way of moving property and money around in case Josh goes to jail and the feds try to seize any profits he made from the CP. I am being told the feds can still seize it but don’t know if it’s true.

Why would anyone outside that family care. As far as I know, the only aggrieved parties are IN the family. Seems kind of odd to be researching their finances.
That’s a shell game. Probably legal if they do it right but you can’t fight city hall no matter what - you just make it harder for city hall.
I am not an attorney or accountant and anyone thinking of this should seek legal advice first: That said, if you owned a farm you could create many LLCs. One LLC owns the land. A second LLC licenses the right to farm the land, and pays the owners a flat fee or percentage of the cut. A third LLC leases the farm equipment to the 2nd LLC. A fourth LLC gets the right to sell the yield that the 3rd LLC produces on the farm. And so on.
Each LLC in such a case gets to write off their expenses. Each LLC has their own costs and their own payroll/profit participation. Each LLC has their own liabilities and gains. It’s just one farm, but, no single entity really makes a big profit. They pass their expenses on to the other LLC. Shell game.
My wife worked for an international bank (property development). The bank formed an LLC for each piece of property they bought, meaning they had formed tens of thousands of LLCs over the decades. If anyone filed suit about one of the properties, liability was limited to that one piece of property, nobody could sue the bank directly, they had to sue the LLC responsible for the property.
A lot of youtubers are following Josh’s case. More so than the news. Some report on the Duggars several times a day. They dig up information left and right. They are waiting to see if he will take the plea deal on Monday or go to trial. Most of them are hoping for trial and want him in prison for the rest of his life.
Do you seriously care about these losers? I have some good books, the red Sox are playing, a nice chianti. I cannot imagine wasting a brain cell on them.
I seriously want to see Josh Duggar get prison time. He has got away and got away with sex abuse because of his ain’t shit parents. Not this time, he’s going down.

It’s a good question- each LLC is protected so the whole enterprise can’t crash at once. Since they’re doing it purposely I’d think it shows some kind of intent toward shady, but maybe technically legal. I believe it’s a fairly common practice.
