[genuine, I doubt the board & Sheriff’s dept can stop the suit, but they can and probably will, find a way to destroy his life. Possibly with some assistance from the Dept. of Just-us]

You know what, we all see that happening here and there these days, and people are taking note.
I have friends getting into firearms that were NEVER into firearms, nice ones too. and training with them. As a former military man, I must admit, this is a new phenomenon.
These local officials are just that - local. If tyranny is their MO, that becomes a problem.
Tyrants pump their gas.
Tyrants walk their dogs.
Tyrants grocery shop.

Don’t know about Nevada but in California, (at least back in the 90’s), I could not serve court documents to a Defendant who was an elected/appointed official during an official proceeding. I had to serve them either prior to or after they took the stage.
I did serve DA’s, council members and mayors this way when they were attempting to dodge service by having their offices refuse service and having security deny me access to the office/s. The look on their faces were well worth the added effort to serve them.
