One place to look is the baby boomers approaching retirement age.

They are packing in it for a bunch of reasons—mandatory vaxxes, worker shortages making them shoulder too much of the burden, a strong stock market helping make the retirement numbers work, etc.

They are often the most knowledgeable and experienced workers, and you can throw fresh youngsters at the wall but they will not be able to fix complex problems while they are still learning a new trade.

These recent events have showed the MANY downsides and dangers of offshoring critical production. Hopefully many business decision makers will recognize the benefits that can accrue from reshoring things such as chip production. The chip foundries being built by TSMC and Intel in Arizona are a step in the right direction. Sadly, the Biden crowd have been reversing much of the progress that Trump had triggered.

Everything makes perfect sense when you understand that their goal is to completely destroy America as the leader of the world. They want to reduce America to being just another nation in the global government. Deprivation, scarcity, inflation, and hunger are going to be their weapon.

The DC junta must be removed. It cannot wait until election. Anyway they do not deserve the dignity of an election. They stole the government by fraud, and must have it seized back from them as you would from a thief who stole your car.

Never thought I would see something like this in my lifetime in America.

A new scapegoat for Dem incompetence must be found. This is a very good one because they can indirectly manipulate it with regulation.

All the truly stupid people were killed off in WWII.

Really? That’s a pretty stupid & arrogant thing to say.

Based on what the suppliers I deal with tell me, and they are pretty varied, the problems are many and they are so interwoven that it is like playing Whack A Mole.

Here is an example. I have a supplier that makes round rubber jar openers that are printed in one color up to full process color with the logos of companies I sell them to. I’ve got a job for 1K pieces that has been sitting for 5 weeks. Why? My supplier can’t get the raw material in the base color I need because the rubber mfg can’t get the dye. All US made stuff, not imported.

Jar openers may sound like no big deal, but this sort of thing is pervasive in the promotional products industry. We do a lot if bigger ticket items.

There is a nationwide shortage of printing inks and chemicals for the screen printing industry. No problem because the tee shirt manufacturers can’t get us the shirts anyway. My screen printer is short on ink and chemicals, short employees, and I can’t get the shirts to ship him. There is a LOT of money being lost by all of us in the distribution chain of goods. I’m hanging in there but we have markedly reduced our household discretionary spending while everything we buy goes up.

And on and on and on. It is a giant, ugly snowball that has a long way left to roll I’m afraid.

If the Democrats have anything to say about it they will.

Just remember that with tyrants the government always eats first, even when no one else has food.

It will last as long as the fascists in power need it to last to further their power. Or until we no longer let them control us.

The world was different and there was not the volume of regulations as there are today.

It wasn’t like this under Trump’s Admin.

Ben Shapiro:

It turns out when you panic the vaxxed out of working, bar the vaxxed from working, and pay everybody not to work, nobody works.

When things really start to fall apart, they will tell us it is a VERY GOOD THING because less stuff means less Climate Change and our old lifestyle was UNSUSTAINABLE anyway.

The insane over-reaction to COVID is going to cause a very, very long and painful hangover.
