Here is a starting list of easy cures:

1. cherry juice -- gout

"combo of alpha lipoic acid, selenium, silymarin (Dr. Bert Burkson protocol)" -- This is also good for liver damage from poisonous mushrooms. I think it is good for repair of other organs, including the pancreas, so maybe good for diabetes.

Citrus bergamot for cholesterol.

Banaba for diabetes/blood sugar.

For gout I have found that when that red hot pliers clamps down on my toe I can end the flareup in minutes with a 6 oz
can of pineapple juice. The cherry juice and diet control which seems to be to not anything that I love keeps the frequency to long intervals and the pineapple juice stops it cold when it does happen. It is not a cure. there seems to be no cure but it makes it a lot easier to live with..

I read somewhere that zinc will fix eczema. A friend with a patch of it on her wrist asked me to look up home remedies. It was basically dandruff shampoo used as the only hand soap (contains zinc), a diaper rash cream with 40 percent zinc used every few hours on the afflicted area, and a zinc supplement pill once a day. It worked for her in two weeks, cleared up completely a skin rash that had been there for years.
Pretty sure the cream was an extra strength Desitin and the concentration was 40 percent.
