"In fact, one of the most interesting sections of the motion calling for Trump’s reinstatement is its exposition of how Twitter was caving to Democrat pressure in banning Trump: “Private party censorship…becomes governmental action ‘when the State provides “significant encouragement, either overt or covert.”’

Doesn’t matter what the law says; it matters what the judge says. Nowadays, adherence to the intent and letter of the law is at a judge’s discretion.
Judge (holding cell phone away from face): “Denied.”
Judge: “Okay, Barack I’m back. I’m looking forward to dinner tonight with you and Michelle. You know I owe this appointment to you, of course. It’s been a ball.”
In before absolutely nothing happens.
We do not live in a society with a functioning justice system anymore. The bill of rights says whatever the Davos crowd wants it to say, and right wingers having the right to free speech is definitely not on the agenda.
Has he finally hired good attorneys to pursue this litigation? A-string attorneys, not the kooks and drunks too often associated with his lawsuits.
Why bother? Trump should had bought up either Parler or Gab. He can redesign the social platform if he wants. Announce he’s running for President. That will bring all the social media traffic to it. Even the crazy leftists from CNN because that’s where all the action is.
Gettr was started pretty much for him. And there are other good options for him to jump on board. BUT, I do understand why he’s fighting; it’s the principle of the thing as it relates to being a free American. By fighting for himself, he’s fighting for us.
I, for one, appreciate it although he’s tilting at windmills considering the judges and their corruption.
Anyone know which judge has been assigned?
It’s important to fight, I agree. Sometimes we have to decide on what’s the appropriate strategy is. If Trump starts his own social media platform and he is able to attract traffic to it, that’ll hurt Twitter. No one is going to want to hang out at Twitter if it’s seen as a “safe space” for the Left. It’ll be boring. That’ll be the death of Twitter.

Tye guy Prof Shiva (not sure of the spelling) had the docs confirming a pact between Twitter and the deep state to bring down Trump,
They still haven’t restored mine after six months since I stated that Kamala is a skank.
Thanks everybody, I’ve never used Twitter and don’t know how to analyze the weird position Twitter, Facebook and others hold on in the legal world. Seems like they have way too much power to influence people’s knowledge intake.
Imagine the Postal Service and email services refusing to deliver mail from or to identified conservative groups or Republicans.
This is like someone pleading to go back to an abusive spouse.
Trump could've moved to any other platform, bringing millions of followers (and haters) and raising their profile.
Why he hasn't done so, I have no idea.
I'm on my fourth or fifth anonymous account now. I'll get suspended (usually for saying something mean about trannies) and to get unsuspended, I have to delete the post and link my cell# to my account (which I absolutely will not do).
End result, I'll set up another burner yahoo email address and make another Twitter account with it.
It's nice once in a while to start fresh. Of course, I'm not a public figure or an influencer who has cultivated thousands of hours building an online profile. I think I might have 75 followers on my current account.
I will never understand why Freepers insist on supporting the enemy.

Trump is an amazing political figure and a great American President. To be blunt with you, he had made major strategic mishaps. Sort of like Napoleon, if you would say. Trump is missing out on an easy opportunity here. Just my $0.02.
It is an obvious violation of the President's civil rights.
