Under a strict test, probably every president could be impeached. But, usually they don’t uphold the law because of a semi-plausible defense like limited resources. I don’t see where Biden would have a defense.

Well as I see it basically our representatives are pretty much unreliable when it comes to the will of the people they represent. Once in office they do and say all they can to remain in office as career politicians. Also now we have the Global Agenda in play in our country they’re also positioning themselves to be ‘acceptable’ in that circle.
I’m barely an inch away from believing should Obama/Biden continue for this next 3. years we will surely never see the country again as it was intended to be.
