I'll be doing MORE videos in the future featuring Panko which to me is a big game changer for cooking. Oh, and see if you can guess the secret ingredient that I will be adding to this eggplant recipe.

Panko is nice but my a good air fryer is where it’s at. I LOVE my air fryer!

I had air fried flounder with italian style panko crumbs earlier this week. I just sprinkle them on top after the fish is in the air fryer. Don’t even worry about coating the other side.

You’re doing it backwards. In my opinion.
Put the cheese directly on the chicken, eggplant or whatever, then the sauce. Prevents loosing the crispness that makes the dish.
