In fact, both parties have leadership positions called the Whip.
We must shame Congress until they abolish the term "whip" and make the people who currently hold the majority and minority whip leadership roles disavow the term and apologize for holding that position without ever questioning the horrific image that Congressional whipping has had on Americans.
