On September 9, 2021, resident Biden stopped merely haranguing American citizens to get vaccinated. Going forward, he would simply force up to 100 million people to submit to vaccination whether they liked it or not. Biden didn’t mince words as he announced a federal vaccine mandate, telling unvaccinated American citizens that his patience had run out and they were responsible for a lot of damage. The backlash was swift. Unions want to negotiate vaccination requirements. South Carolina governor Henry McMaster accused the administration of thumbing its nose at the Constitution.
The strongest response came from Arizona. The state filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration, alleging that illegal aliens are being released into the country with no requirement to get vaccinated, which discriminates against United States citizens who are being required to get vaccinated. The lawsuit argues that the mandate violates the Equal Protection Clause.
The Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment declares “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
Equal protection includes equal enforcement. A federal vaccination mandate intended to prevent the spread of a deadly virus must include everyone within the jurisdiction of that federal government. However, a third of illegal aliens at detention centers are refusing to be vaccinated. They have the right to refuse vaccination, even though approximately 20%-40% have tested positive before being released by the Border Patrol. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki confirmed that migrants are not required to vaccinate.

Biden is segregating people according to vaccinations before all the data is in and it might be a terrible mistake. A new study suggests that the vaccinated are spreading COVID more rapidly.
Biden is instituting segregation, separating the vaccinated and the unvaccinated. Many African Americans don’t agree with mandatory vaccination. In a recent video, a white man kicked a black family out of a restaurant for not showing their vaccine papers. There is something very wrong with this.
Governor Ron DeSantis just said today at a Broward monoclonal antibody treatment site, 52% of COVID patients getting treated have been vaccinated. For 65+ that % vaccinated is much higher.

Equal protection?
There’s no legal authority. We have a guy in the White House, an administration, who stole tge election
Everyone in the world knows it
The opposition party knows it.
There are no laws protecting Americans from anything they want to do.
I can’t help but wonder why there is such an all out effort to make people get the mRNA shot. Has Pfizer bought the administration and wants their investment to pay off? Is there some sort of mind control agent in the preparation? Or could it be that its just to take the heat off the CCP and WHO for causing the mess in the first place

Perhaps a constitutional amendment is in order:
All laws, enforceable against the People, shall be equally enforceable against members of Congress, Officers, Judges and employees of the United States. No enforceable action shall permit exemptions for any such person.
... or some such.
Er, it simply amazes me that people do not realize where we are.
There is no law.
There is no Constitution.
The government is doing exactly what it wants, however it wants.
People go somnambulistically ghrought life.
You will do exactly as you are told or else they will dispose of you.
This is happening worldwide.
It is only a matter of the government getting up the nerve to pull the switch until it’s AMF for you and me.
